Did the business moved sideways? The answers to the question will allow you to take the necessary steps to put the business on the corrected path in order to achieve the strategic goals.
- Do not stop looking into the future – the only constant in a business is “change”: new customers, products, regulations, competitors, technology…..make sure you keep your eye on the road but lake a peek at the horizon so you do not get lost…make changes to your strategy to new one according to the changes you see and the ones you anticipate.
